Thank you for requesting a free copy of Child of Gaea, the first novel about the Realms of Aquilar. Free copies will be distributed in Adobe Acrobat format in separate files for each chapter and will be emailed to those who sign up on this list. When the book is finished its initial print stages, I will try and send out paperback copies to the people that sign up on this list, but I can make no guarantee's at this time because I don't know how many copies of the book I will receive on the initial print. Please read the initial terms and conditions below!!!

Here are the rules:

There will only be twenty-five (25) copies of the digital version or printed version sent out for free, no exceptions. There has been a lot of interest expressed in this book and although I wrote the book because I have a passion for writing fantasy, I would like to turn a profit; the book will never be successful if I give it away to everyone. I'm sure you can understand.
The book has legal copyrights registered with the United States of America and is solely owned by me. Even the publisher is not allowed to distribute copies without my authorization. To receive the book in digital version, you must agree to the following:
- You will not print more than one copy of the book for your own reading pleasure.
- You agree to be bound by law to not distribute the book to any person, corporation, or legal entity via any means including email, printed copies, diskette, file sharing, or any means of distribution available. There will be security built into the Adobe files distributed that will disable copy and paste, exporting and any function except for printing and viewing.
- You will sign a consent form online that legally binds you to the Terms and Conditions specified in the document at that time and if distributed copies are found, you agree to be held liable for investigation. You will have the opportunity to cancel this agreement at any time before the release date, which will be posted on this website, prior to shipment or distribution of the book.
If there are enough printed copies available, you will agree to submit your mailing address (along with the consent form) to receive a printed paperback copy in place of the digital version, which I'm sure everyone will prefer. Paperback copies are my goal for this and the digital copies are only a substitute if this is not possible.
If you enjoy the book, you agree to tell ALL OF YOUR FRIENDS AND RELATIVES about this book and how much you enjoyed it and encourage them to purchase the book!!! This is not really part of the agreement, but it would be appreciated!

As the writer and owner of the literary work, I have a responsibility to you, my readers as well. I will also sign the above mentioned consent form and send you a copy. I know some of the rules above sound harsh, but please understand that I am simply trying to protect my work and continue to publish and write additional novels.

I am not affiliated with any advertising agency or bulk email agency and by signing the consent form I agree to not send any form of SPAM email or any sort of advertising mail to you whatsoever, except as noted below.
The consent form will contain a checkbox for you to click if you would like to receive updates (only!) on any new novels made available or other news regarding the Realms of Aquilar and its content or novels.
I agree to not sell, rent, or otherwise distribute your email address or other personal information to any person, corporation, or legal entity whatsoever.
I agree to send you notification of the release date and inform you when your copy will be distributed to you, for reasons of Readers Rules #2, third item above.
