Welcome to the Fantasy Novels and Books section of the website where you can find information on the novels written or being written about the Realms of Aquilar. Currently, there are three novels that I am planning to write as part of a series starting with Child of Gaea. These books involve a young woman Alimaye who discovers that she has extraordinary powers that have a part to play in an ancient prophecy. There are those who wish to discover her secret and after her mentor, the wizard Kelliam, departs to lend aid to a old time friend many miles away, she is thrust into danger to face the reality of her gift. The books involve her journey of discovery of herself and her new powers, trying to uncover the truth about the past and not lose control of her ever-changing future. Currently, the first book, Child of Gaea is on track to be published in early 2007.

Fantasy Novels:

• Child of Gaea: the first fantasy novel about Aquilar and the first in the Child of Gaea series. Contains a synopsis and information about the book, possible release dates and links to excerpts from book.
  
• Isle of the Fallen Star: The second book in the series, this fantasy novel is in progress of its writing.
  
• Fifth Element: The final book in the trilogy including the climatic finale. The title is not written in stone because of the Terry Bisson book that became a movie. Hopefully, without using the "The" in the title, I can avoid trademark and copyrights and use it. This book is not yet scheduled.
  

Fantasy Books and Publications:

• The Realms of Aquilar Campaign Sourcebook: not completed (work in progress). This sourcebook will detail everything needed to learn the basic rules of the Aquilar game system, portability to Dungeons and Dragons(R) and basic history, maps, and starting places for creating a campaign.
  
• The Realms of Aquilar World Sourcebook: not completed (work in progress). This sourcebook will detail the world of Aquilar, focusing on the continent of Oriador and provide history, lands and nations, religion, guilds, philosophy, etc. Most importantly, this book will detail the political aspects of the continent and how the different races interact and live together.
  
• The ROAGS Players Rules: (in progress). This book will detail the initial rules for getting started building characters for ROAGS including rules on combat, weapons, armor, movement, skills, and magic. Excerpts and basic information available within the site.
